On Monday 11th July, we held a 'Rainbow Day' in memory of our friend and colleague, Mrs Tracy Jones. Mrs Jones loved bright colours, and was very creative and artistic in many ways.
The children wore their brightly coloured clothes, completed different activities (including decorating cakes - something Mrs Jones was amazing at!), learnt songs and sign language, made colourful bracelets and donated money in order to buy a bench to sit on and remember Mrs Jones (who worked with hundreds and hundreds of children during her time at our school). We raised an amazing £255 - thank you so much for your generosity and support.
The weather was perfect: bright and sunny (just the way we remember Mrs Jones).
